国信招标集团有限公司（以下简称“招标代理机构”）受广东广佛轨道交通有限公司（以下简称“招标人”）的委托，对下列设备及其服务进行国际公开竞争性招标，现邀请合格投标人参加投标。

1、招标货物名称、主要技术参数：

招标货物名称：珠江三角洲城际快速轨道交通广州至佛山段自动灭火系统设备

主要技术参数：一级充压(15.0MPa)的IG541灭火系统

2、招标文件售价：

每套2400元人民币(或300美元)，售后不退。若要通过邮递方式取得招标文件，国内邮购者需向招标代理机构汇付上述招标文件费另加邮递费200元人民币，国外邮购者需向招标代理机构汇付上述招标文件费另加邮递费50美元。请按下述国信招标集团有限公司的地址汇款，汇款单上应注明汇款用途、所购文件的招标编号，然后将汇款单复印件、购买单位名称、详细通讯地址、联系人、电话、传真等内容传真给招标代理机构。招标代理机构将在收到上述金额的汇款后尽快以快递方式邮寄招标文件，但在任何情况下招标代理机构均不对招标文件的迟送达、遗失或文件的损坏以及由此造成的后果负责。

购买文件时务必提供：营业执照注册号、单位名称、地址、联系电话、传真、邮编、移动电话、主营业务、法定代表人、注册资本、资质等级等有效企业信息。

3、购买招标文件时间：

即日起，每天09:00～17:00（北京时间，节假日除外）

5、投标截止时间和开标时间：

2009年3月26日上午10：00时（北京时间）。

6、开标地点：

另行书面通知。投标人应派其法定代表人或其授权代表（需带上身份证明材料）出席开标仪式。

7、投标文件的递交：

投标文件须密封后于（开标当日）投标截止时间前递至开标地点。逾期送达或不符合规定的投标文件恕不接受。

1.      Name of Products/Equipment:

The Equipment Purchase ofFire Extinguishing System For Track Transportation between Guangzhou and Foshanin Pearl River Delta.

The quotation for this bid should meet oneof the requests as follows.

Extinguish fire mediumadopted is the mixture gas IG541 .

2.      Price of Bidding Documents:

A non-refundable payment of RMB2400 or USD300 for each set, an extra RMB200 (domestic) or USD50　(abroad) for express mail service. For express mail order, please remit totalamount to the following address of Guoxin Tendering Corporation Ltd, and fax the copy of remittance, stating bid number, name of bidder, detailed address, contact person, telephone number, fax number andzip code etc. Ourcompany will promptly dispatch the bidding documents by EMS to the relativecompanies who ask for mail order after receiving their fax.

At the time ofpurchasing the Bidding Documents, the following effective documents must beprovided: register number of business license, name of bidder, address, telephone number, fax number and zip code, cell phone number, main scope of business,legal representative person, paid-up capital, certificate of qualification etc.
